Data privacy

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data when collecting, processing and using said data during your visit to our website. Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Swiss Constitution and the provisions of the Federal Law on Data Protection, every individual is entitled to the protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. Interlabor Belp AG complies with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor forwarded to third parties.

When accessing our website, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request, and generally transmitted information about the operating system and web browser.

This data is used to perform an anonymous statistical analysis in order to recognise trends. Interlabor Belp AG then uses these trends to improve its services. Pursuant to the Federal Act on the Surveillance of Post and Telecommunications (Bundesgesetz betreffend die Überwachung des Post- und Fernmeldeverkehrs BÜPF), we are legally required to store data on all connections made in the past six months.

Additional personal data is only collected if you provide this information voluntarily, e.g., when registering or submitting an inquiry. If you choose to contact us, your email address will be stored in a separate order processing database not connected to the anonymous log files.

Your personal data is only forwarded or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of executing the contract – in particular for forwarding order details to suppliers, for accounting purposes, or if you have consented to this in advance. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Stored personal data is deleted when you revoke your consent to its storage, when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was stored, or when its storage is not permitted on other legal grounds.

On you written request, we will gladly inform you on the personal data we have stored about you.

The responsible person according to Swiss Data Protection Law is Mr Bernhard Burn, Interlabor Belp AG, Aemmenmattstrasse 16, CH-3123 Belp. Should you have any questions concerning data protection or wish to exercise any rights or claims to your personal data, please send us an email at info (at) interlabor.ch.
